Volunteer: Respite VolunteersHelp families in desperate need of a break today! Weekly respite breaks are hosted for parents of children with special needs and their siblings, ages 5-12. Volunteers will gain experiential learning for a college resume or earn career service hours in nursing, education, physical therapy, etc. Volunteers may choose one or multiple shifts. When Weekly Thursday evenings; 5:30pm to 8:00pm. One Saturday per month; 9:00am to 11:30am.Location Little Friends Campus- 27555 Diehl Rd. But most importantly, we support the Little Friends’ mission of fulfilling lives. We are currently in need of volunteers to assist at the Resale shop for a few hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Duties would include helping sort incoming donations, running the cash register, and assisting customers. When you make a purchase, volunteer or donate to our shop, you’re benefiting the programs and services that empower those Little Friends serves— so they can live fulfilling lives in our community.
