Volunteer: Christmas at Cantigny
We’re looking for friendly, outgoing volunteers to help guide guests through our Light Show! Details: There will be 8 stops along the path. 2 volunteers per stop are needed to ensure full coverage during breaks. If a volunteer can’t stay the full shift, please have a backup ready to step in.What to Know Before Signing Up: Outdoor event – dress warmly and be prepared for cold or rainy weather. Volunteers must be comfortable standing the entire shift. This is an active, guest-facing role—perfect for people who enjoy engaging with others. Complete and submit your safety waiver ahead of time by email or through your group lead.During Your Shift: Check in at the Command Center at arrival to sign in and receive a reflective vest and lighted lanyard. Stay at your assigned stop to help direct guests—please don’t leave your post or gather in groups. Be friendly and attentive, avoiding phone use except briefly if needed.
