Volunteer: Lisle Township Food PantryThe mission of the Lisle Township Food Pantry is to ensure all residents within the Township have the ability to feed themselves and their families, and do not go hungry. If a resident is in need and has to make difficult choices between rent, utilities and food, the Food Pantry is here to provide food free of charge. Our clients can save hundreds of dollars a year on food, enabling them to pay for other necessities and get back on their feet. If you wish to volunteer, there are opportunities before and during the hours of operation of the Food Pantry, as well as during special food drive events. Food donations are accepted from individuals, companies and other organizations. If you wish to volunteer, organize a food drive, or simply want to donate what is in your own pantry or garden, please contact Charlie Biggins at 630-968-2087.
