Who We Are
CREO DuPage (aka CREO) is a nonprofit pre-college program focused on helping motivated Hispanic/Latino/Latinx students attain the future they yearn for – making possible what may seem impossible. We want to break away from misconceptions by changing the college narrative in the community and enabling our students to successfully prepare for and complete their studies.
What We Do
CREO is a free program that empowers Spanish-speaking families with bilingual resources and information to navigate higher education. We match high school students with college-educated professionals who mentor and help them set and achieve college & career goals.
Support- Mentorship for students, meets virtually for 1 hour a week.
Vision- College and Employer Campus Visits, Student Workshops.
Community -Family/bilingual workshops and events for families to learn more about higher education.
CREO es un programa gratuito que empodera a las familias de habla hispana con recursos e información bilingües para navegar hacia la educación superior. Unimos a estudiantes de secundaria con estudiantes universitarios y profesionales que los asesoran y los ayudan a establecer y alcanzar metas universitarias y profesionales.
