

Who We Are
ECFA is an evangelical Christian social services agency. We provide many services, including adoption, pregnancy counseling and care, family and individual counseling, and intact family services.Our highly trained staff is supported by numerous volunteers who contribute many hours to make our success possible.
ECFA is licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Services for Families and Children, Inc. ECFA received a rating of 99.5% in favorably complying with 415 applicable standards on our last reaccreditation. ECFA is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability.

What We Do
Adoption - Healthy newborn, embryo adoption, special needs, inter-state & international are some of the services provided by ECFA. God has built many families through ECFA.
Counseling Services - ECFA therapists provide counseling services to address all areas of life: social, emotional, and spiritual. Counseling clients served include couples, families and individuals of all ages (including play therapy for children). Daytime and evening appointments are available.
Intact Family Services - ECFA helps parents correct situations related to abuse or neglect so children can have the help and protection they need while remaining home with their parents. Case Managers provide intensive home based services to families in DuPageCounty who are at risk of having a child placed in foster care. The goal is to strengthen families so this does not occur.
Pregnancy Support Services (PSS) - Pregnancy Support Services assists expectant mothers and fathers in making the decisions that are critical for them and their babies’ futures. Our qualified social workers provide free professional, confidential counseling for parenting mothers and mothers who choose adoption.
