Who We Are
DuPage Legal Aid is dedicated to enlisting the pro bono aspect of lawyering by connecting DuPage County residents to high quality and compassionate legal representation. We educate and support individuals, families and community partners, and we provide our clients with the legal link to a brighter future.
What We Do
Clients are assisted primarily in the area of domestic relations, which includes: divorce and legal separation, orders of protection, allocation of parenting responsibilities and parenting schedules, paternity, child support, guardianship cases, and are also appointed as GAL for children in contested divorce and other cases. We also assist with some expungements and bankruptcy cases.
