Downers Grove North High School

For this year's event, we want to connect our students & faculty with 20 - 25 different nonprofit organizations for our Annual Gives Back Day service event.

Downers Grove North High School is in the initial stages of planning its third annual all-school "blitz" volunteer day—called DGN Gives Back Day--on October 14, 2017. The day follows the example of the national "Make a Difference Day,” which aims to improve the lives of others through service. Last year's event included 250 DGN students and staff committed to serving others. This year our goal is to have 400 students and staff volunteering in the Downers Grove and surrounding communities on this day of service.
