Neighborhood Revitalization

Neighborhood Revitalization is the practice of working with residents and communities to take a holistic approach to community reinvestment. It creates partnerships with residents and community organizations and businesses, building up the community to become a vibrant, safe, and inviting place to live for current and future residents. 

DuPage Habitat for Humanity is currently working on Neighborhood Revitalization in the Greenbrook Tanglewood Neighborhoods of Hanover Park, IL. We work in coalition with neighborhood residents and partners to address the many elements that contribute to a higher quality of life, including health care, safety and economic development, in addition to housing.
