Join the Great Prairie Trail Walk to raise funds for The Salvation Army food pantry

The Salvation Army Oakbrook Terrace is looking for walkers to participate in The Great Prairie Trail CROP Hunger Walk on Sunday, October 16, 2016 beginning at 1:00pm at Lombard Commons (St. Charles and Grace Street, Lombard).  Faith based groups, schools, service organizations and food pantry volunteers are encouraged to form teams to walk, raise funds and increase awareness of the need for food assistance around the block and around the world. Walk route is 3 miles along the Prairie Path and Great Western Trail. Dogs welcome. Snacks and water provided.

Funds raised will benefit The Salvation Army Oakbrook Terrace Community Center Food Pantry, bringing food to those in need.
