AMITA Health, in partnership with: ICNA Relief, VNA Health Care, Access Dupage, Northern Illinois Food Bank, City of Glendale Heights, and Neighborhood Food Pantries, are partnering for MISSION AT HOME MEDICAL CLINIC. We will be offering free medical services to those who are unable to afford medical care.
