We are constantly looking for more volunteers to take a little bit of time out of their day to help us get our resident dogs out of their kennels, go on walks, and play/socialize in our indoor play yard! Our facility typically houses 5 dogs at a time until we can move them into foster homes. Once we find foster homes for our pooches, they move out and more move in! We are there from 8am-11am every morning and 5pm-8pm every night. Volunteers do not have to do the whole shift. We require a commitment of 2 shifts per month. After completing 2 initial shifts at our facility, you will have the opportunity to take a dog out into the community on a field trip. Field trips give us great insight to our dogs outside of the shelter environment, and allow us to use that to find the right forever home for them!
