Are you looking for a place close to home where you can volunteer?
Gentiva Hospice is looking for a few good people who can be a friendly face to our patients at Harbor Chase Assisted Living Facility (ALF) in Naperville. We are looking for someone who can spend three hours a month volunteering.
Share your gift or talent on your visits and have a conversation, play games, put together puzzles, look at family photos, play music, listen to music, take walks, play cards, work on crossword puzzles/word searches, or something else you think will bring a smile to your patient's face.
Full training provided. Volunteer on days and times convenient to you. Send back a simple visit note after your visit (stamped envelopes provided). No experience necessary.
