| Inclement Weather Plan: We strive to provide a volunteer site location and a project overview as far in advance as possible. The building process is fluid, dynamic and constantly changing based on weather conditions and available resources. For this reason, we confirm volunteer site locations no earlier than two weeks from a scheduled build date. Even after designating a volunteer location site, group and individual relocation's will be subject to change up to 24 hours prior to the build date to ensure the best possible experience. Site locations are only changed within 48 hours due to severe weather conditions, permit, and inspection issues that could impact the safety of our volunteers. We confirm the volunteer location and all other project updates to volunteers directly registered in Galaxy. It is important that our volunteers sign up with Galaxy ahead of time to allow for accessible communication. | |
