The pantry is looking for friendly volunteers to provide customer service to shoppers during pantry shopping. This is a fun opportunity to work in a grocery store environment and assist neighbors who are shopping. We are always looking for friendly volunteers who enjoy working with people.
This job does require standing for the bulk of the shift but we can easily accommodate sitting breaks if needed. You will not be lifting or carrying heavy items.
Please visit our website to fill out an application & sign up for a 1 hour, in-person, orientation. After you attend orientation you can sign up to volunteer as often or as little as you would like. We are open for volunteering Monday-Friday 8-4, Saturday 8-2 and we are here until 8pm on Thursday.
