CovenantCare Hospice will companion with you through this life transition and will assist you in attaining the highest quality of life possible. It is about honoring who you are spiritually, emotionally and physically. CovenantCare Hospice provides pain and symptom management, spiritual, practical and emotional support, as well as personal care delivered by a team of highly qualified professionals and trained volunteers according to the goals of the patient and family. We do this with exceptional care, compassion and with a focus on respect and dignity.
