Hamdard's comprehensive services include:
1) 24-hour toll-free crisis line and emergency shelter and supportive services for women and children who are victims of domestic violence
2) Primary healthcare clinic
3) Behavioral & mental health services
4) Adult day care services for seniors
5) Group counseling for offenders of violence
6) Health insurance marketplace enrollment and general case management
7) Community outreach, education and training
Hamdard Center is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization providing health and social services to families in the Chicagoland area. Hamdard's services are open to all, however, Hamdard is able to provide culturally-competent and linguistically-appropriate services to immigrant and refugee communities, particularly South Asian, Bosnian and Middle Eastern populations. Hamdard's mission is "to promote the health and psychological well-being of individuals and families by offering hope, help and healing."
