

Who We Are
We Go Dreams job training program focuses on the development of appropriate work skills and behaviors needed in any work environment. It is a goal for Team Members to transfer these skills to employment opportunities in their communities along side non-disabled peers.
Population Served: Individuals with disabilities aged 14.5 and older.
Current Core Programs and Services: Team Members work a minimum of 10 hours a month with a job coach. Currently job coaches are provided through school programs or by the family. Team members work activities include: greenhouse jobs (washing pots, filling pots with soil, planting, moving product to production or retail area), running cash register, landscaping jobs on grounds, producing craft items for retail sale.

Mission Statement/Goals: To provide people with disabilities the opportunity to lead fulfilling lives and to train and work in a supportive, safe and caring environment while producing and providing products and services to the community.
