

Who We Are
The Student Excellence Foundation for Wheaton-Warrenville District 200 serves District 200's nearly 13,000 students in 13 elementary schools, 4 middle schools, 2 high schools, an early childhood center and a transition center, and 1,000 educators.
Our mission is to engage the community to enrich educational experiences for students that empower them to reach their greatest potential. The Foundation was founded in 1992 as an Illinois 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation (EIN#36-3786044). Donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law
What We Do
The Student Excellence Foundation engages the community to enrich educational opportunities for District 200 students with:
- Student Excellence Grants, fostering innovation in the classroom.
- Enrichment opportunities, such as educational events or programs.
- Distinguished Teacher Awards for educators who personify educational excellence in the classroom.
- Essential Needs program, serving low income and high risk students and families with various critical needs that impact learning experiences.
