Conquer Myasthenia Gravis

We support individuals and families affected by the autoimmune disease myasthenia gravis with:

• A Patient Assistance Program that covers the cost of medical bills and prescription drugs up to $1000 per person per year, for MG patients living in IL, IN, or WI who have financial need
• Information and education resources, including a toll-free telephone line, newsletters, education seminars, and MG support groups
• Advocacy on patient-related health topics
• Research funding for a cure

Our mission is to facilitate the timely diagnosis and optimal care of individuals affected by myasthenia gravis and to improve their lives through programs of patient services, public awareness, medical research, professional education, advocacy and patient care.
