Help a child with hearing loss develop vocabulary and listening skills by being a virtual classroom reader!
Child's Voice offers programs to help children with hearing loss learn to listen, speak, and succeed. Our classroom program serves children ages 3-8.
On Wednesday, April 20, Child's Voice has four slots available from 9:15 a.m. - 10 a.m. and four slots from 10 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
Volunteers will be invited to a zoom link (which is shared closer to the 20th) to join us and read to the students. The teacher will share a book via the zoom meeting and you will read directly from that book on the screen to the students on the other end of the zoom call!
We then have a 10 minute "post" reading chat to go over any questions and to share more about Child's Voice overall. This link will be shared in the zoom window and email beforehand as well.
