We’re looking for friendly, outgoing volunteers to help guide guests through our Light Show!
Details:
- There will be 8 stops along the path.
- 2 volunteers per stop are needed to ensure full coverage during breaks.
- If a volunteer can’t stay the full shift, please have a backup ready to step in.
What to Know Before Signing Up:
- Outdoor event – dress warmly and be prepared for cold or rainy weather.
- Volunteers must be comfortable standing chairs will also be provided for sitting breaks.
- This is an active, guest-facing role—perfect for people who enjoy engaging with others.
- Complete and submit your safety waiver ahead of time by email or through your group lead.
During Your Shift:
- Check in at the Command Center at arrival to sign in and receive a reflective vest and lighted lanyard.
- Stay at your assigned stop to help direct guests—please don’t leave your post or gather in groups.
- Be friendly and attentive, avoiding phone use except briefly if needed.
- Return to the Command Center at the end of your shift to sign out and return your vest and lanyard.
