We are excited to partner with the Naperville Heritage Society for Oktoberfest 2026 at Naper Settlement! DuPage and Chicago South Suburbs Habitat for Humanity is proud to participate as a community partner in this fun annual event while raising funds to support our mission of building affordable homes, communities, and hope.
If you'd like to enjoy a festive evening while supporting affordable homeownership, join us as a volunteer! Every volunteer we provide helps generate a donation for Habitat through tips collected in the beverage service areas.
Volunteer Shift:
- Saturday, October 3, 2026
- 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM (volunteers must be available for the entire shift)
Volunteers will assist with beverage service, including serving drinks, checking IDs, and other related tasks. All volunteers are required to complete B.A.S.S.E.T. (Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training) training that will begin promptly at 5:45 pm, so volunteers must arrive on time and remain for the entire event.
Volunteer Requirements:
- Volunteers must be 21 years of age or older.
- Volunteers are expected to follow all event policies and complete the required B.A.S.S.E.T. training.
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- Oktoberfest-themed attire or Habitat apparel is encouraged; however, full costumes are not permitted.
