Attorneys: make a difference by doing what you've already been trained to do! Prairie State Legal Services seeks volunteer attorneys who are able to commit to come to our office in Wheaton on a regular schedule to provide telephone advice to clients on a range of civil legal issues through our intake hotline.
Prior legal aid experience is not necessary. Prairie State provides malpractice insurance and is a sponsoring entity for retired, inactive, and out-of-state attorneys performing pro bono services pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 756(k).
