The Northern Illinois Food bank semi-truck will be here at Marian Park with food for our seniors and families. We are in need of 7 volunteers. We need volunteers to transfer the boxes from the semi-truck into carts and push the carts to the senior building or each family building that is signed up. Currently our volunteers are not going into the senior building or family apartments for the safety of all concerned. Staff will be the ones entering the buildings with the food and returning the carts for refill. We provide masks, gloves and bottled water.
