Are you an animal lover interested in helping guide a long-standing rescue with a good reputation to the next level? West Suburban Humane Society in Downers Grove is celebrating more than 50 years of saving lives and connecting people with pets. WSHS is seeking a new Board member with a human resources background.
- WSHS Board Members are asked to commit to a 2-year Board term as a minimum. There is also a three-term limit for Board members.
- The Board meets twelve times/year (second Wednesday of every month) in person at our Adoption Center in Downers Grove.
- Each Board member is required to serve on at least one advisory group and attend those meetings.
