The Angelman Syndrome Foundation, Inc. is hosting one of its 50 walks taking place on the same day across United States here in Westmont, IL on May 21st, 2022.
The ASF Walk provides individuals with AS, their families and their caregivers with the resources they need to meet their daily challenges. When you participate in the ASF Walk, you’re not only a Game Changer, you’re a Life Changer! ASF is expecting 500-600 registered participants for this event.
The event is taking place at Ty Warner Park in Westmont, IL. The meeting place will be at the Pavilion at Ty Warner.
ASF is looking for volunteers for the following areas:
Registration/Bags - 9 volunteers - 8:30am start
Food Servers - 6-10 volunteers - 8:30am start with setup
Finance - 2-4 volunteers - 8:30am start
Those that are willing to help with setup, would start at 8:00am
Take Down would start around 12:30pm
Volunteers would get T-shirts as a thank you for their participation
