Seeking volunteers to help with one of our largest fundraisers of the year! On Saturday, June 25, 2022, NAMI DuPage and Tri-Town YMCA will have our Annual Run for the Mind 5k which also includes a 1k for kids and a Diaper Dash!

Break the stigma associated with youth mental health illness at the 2022 Run for the Mind 5K, 1M, and Diaper Dash fundraiser to benefit NAMI DuPage and Tri-Town YMCA. This highly anticipated event will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at the DuPage County Fairgrounds in Wheaton, Illinois. One of the most important components in breaking the stigma associated with mental illness is ensuring that no person ever feels like they are alone.
For this reason and many more, NAMI DuPage and Tri-Town YMCA have partnered for this vital fundraiser in our region and we hope that you too will demonstrate your commitment to ending the stigma by joining us as a participant.
We will be offering a 5K option for all ages, 1 mile run for kids 3 years and older (under 9 must be accompanied by an adult), and a Diaper Dash for kids 3 and under. Enjoy a flat, paved, winding course through the scenic natural areas around the DuPage County Fairgrounds and the DuPage County Government Center. The 5K route is USATF certified. A commemorative t-shirt will be provided to participants in the 1-mile and 5K events and bibs will be provided to those registered for the Diaper Dash. Light refreshments will be available at post-race recovery area. In the event of inclement and/or severe weather, this event will be cancelled and there will not be a rain date. No refunds, no exchanges.
Revenue raised will support NAMI DuPage and Tri-Town YMCA.
