- Setup (8 am-12 pm)
- Face painter
- Outdoor activity facilitator
- Cleanup (3:30-5:30 pm)
- Photographer
- Willy & assistant
- Smores attendant
- Hot dog attendant
- Campfire attendant
- Craft assistant
- Animal assistant
