Gentiva hospice is looking for new volunteers who can sit with a hospice patient and talk with him or her, watch TV or a movie, play games, color, paint nails, listen to music, look at photos, read aloud, and/or something completely different.

• Minimal Commitment: once or twice a month
• Full training provided
• great for resumes
• excellent experience for pre-med students
• flexible schedule

Must be able to 

• pass drug test [we no longer test for marijuana]
• pass background check 
• pass fingerprint scan (paid for by us)
• Have had a TB test in last year 
• pass a physical 
• be at least 18
• have a valid driver's license
• have car insurance
