Packet Pick-Up:
Saturday, April 18 – 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Family Physicians of Wheaton, 1147 East Butterfield Road, Wheaton (located on north side of road, behind First Nations Bank, in the same center as the Fox Bowl).
Tuesday, April 21 – 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Family Physicians of Wheaton, 1147 East Butterfield Road, Wheaton (located on north side of road, behind First Nations Bank, in the same center as the Fox Bowl).
