As a Fundraising Volunteer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our magazine continues to thrive and reach more young readers.
Based in DuPage County, IL, much of the work can be done remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Planning Fundraising Activities: Collaborate with the fundraising committee to brainstorm, plan, and implement innovative and engaging fundraising events and campaigns.

Grant Writing: Assist in researching potential grant opportunities, writing compelling grant proposals, and managing the submission process.

Community Engagement: Build relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.

Campaign Management: Help track the progress of fundraising initiatives, manage budgets, and report on outcomes.

Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to promote fundraising activities through social media, newsletters, and other channels.

Information Management: Maintaining fundraising databases, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials.

Time Commitment:

Minimum of 1+ hour per week, flexible scheduling.
