October is Family Health Month, so this event is the perfect opportunity for your family to be active together. It will start with an hour of Zumba, followed by other cardio offerings for two hours of great exercise and fun!

As October is also Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we will collect donations for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Everyone who donates will be entered to win prizes in our raffle at the end of the event!
