January's theme will be Self-Awareness and Self-Care. The start of a new year is generally a time for self-reflection and goal setting. As we move forward into 2021, life continues to look drastically different than it did 10 months ago. 2020 hit us like a ton of bricks and taught us important things about life, society and ourselves. A few such lessons may have included: Time is limited and precious AND self-care must be a priority.
