The Illinois Conservatory for the Arts is seeking dedicated, arts-focused individuals to join our Board of Directors. As a board member, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the future of our organization and helping us achieve our mission of providing high-level arts programming alongside rigorous academic education for students in the Western suburbs of Chicago.
Responsibilities Include:
- Attending quarterly board meetings to weigh in on key strategic decisions.
- Collaborating with the Executive Director to set and execute personal impact goals.
- Participating in board committees or task forces such as Finance, Governance, and Curriculum.
- Supporting fundraising initiatives, with a commitment to raise or contribute $5,000 annually through donations and event support.
- Offering insights and making connections to drive organizational growth.
Join us as we continue building the premier arts school of the suburbs, expanding from 9 to 15 board members and supporting a goal to reach 250 students by 2024.
