Volunteers are vital to WDSRA and the families we serve. With the help of caring volunteers, WDSRA is able to keep program fees affordable, offer closer staffing ratios and one-on-one instruction, and deliver the very best programs for our families.
As a WDSRA volunteer you can select the level of your involvement, choose from a variety of programs to match your abilities and interests. Volunteers usually work an average of 1-10 hours a week and must be 14 years of age or older. If under the age of fourteen, we require an adult 18+ volunteer with you. Volunteering is more fun when you do it with friends, so we encourage everyone to sign up with family, friends, business or co-workers.
