Start a New Blessings Program in Your Area
The need to feed children living with food insecurity across the country and in DuPage County is growing. With assistance and support from Blessings in a Backpack staff, you will receive tools and resources to implement and maintain a thriving program and feed more kids in your community.
Blessings' unique structure allows the program to be tailored to each community’s resources and needs. This flexibility and community-level focus have fostered rapid growth throughout the country, resulting in more children receiving weekend nutrition. Local volunteers are responsible for raising financial support to cover food and nonfood expenses for their Blessings program.
