The New Neighbor Conversations program connects refugees with native English speakers to improve refugees' conversational abilities and to build relationships in the process.
You will:
- complete a volunteer application
- Attend a Cross-Cultural and Refugee Issues Training and webinar on tutor curriculum.
- Visit weekly with your refugee partner for four months to help them practice English. An Exodus representative provides ongoing support.
